The North County Immigration and Citizenship Center (NCICC) is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed by members of Solana Beach Presbyterian Church to help immigrants navigate the complicated legal and cultural path to citizenship in the United States. We have three partially accredited DOJ representatives on staff who provide legal immigration services to our clients, which include naturalization, residency, DACA, temporary (non-immigrant) visas, and petitions for relatives. In addition, we also provide free ESL classes, citizenship exam preparation, and driver's education classes in Spanish.
