Franklin County Legal Services provides free legal services to low-income individuals with civil legal problems.  Practice areas include immigration, family, housing, and other areas of civil law.  Immigration legal services are provided to individuals residing in the Pennsylvania counties of:  Franklin, Fulton, Adams, Cumberland, Perry, Juniata, and Huntingdon (or had lived in one of those counties prior to their immigration detention).
