The overall objective of Immigration Legal Services of Long Island, Inc. (ILSOLI) is to strengthen and expand comprehensive immigration legal and removal defense services to detained and non-detained immigrants who live or work within the tri-state area. ILSOLI provides free or low cost legal services. It focuses on serving the immigration legal needs of Long Island and New York City's most vulnerable populations: people with disabilities, seniors, young adults, people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer survivors, victims of violent crimes, sexual assault, human trafficking, and detained immigrants. The rapidly growing immigrant population in this area combined with a lack of affordable, quality immigration legal services has increased demand for ILSOLI services exponentially on Long Island's East End and in the five boroughs.

Counties served: Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), Nassau, NY (Manhattan), Queens, Suffolk
