Founded in 2007, Mil Mujeres provides direct legal services in the area of immigration law to low-income, Spanish-speaking survivors of aggravated crimes such as domestic violence and sexual assault and felonious assaults. Our goal is to help as many people as possible, to share information, and educate the general public about their rights and the tools available to them. We offer free consultations Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. If you or a loved one have questions and want to know if you are eligible for legal relief call us at (312) 219-2031 or contact our national line at 1-888-441-1189 to get in touch with one of our 18 offices nationwide. At Mil Mujeres Chicago, we have 1 BIA accredited representative who works together with our national legal team to ensure that each case has the best outcome and each client has all the information they need to succeed. Mil Mujeres has a focus on humanitarian visas such as U visa and VAWA petitions. However, we also cover other processes that are a great help to our community, such as DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals).
