Holy Cross Ministries of Utah - Immigration Services
Holy Cross Ministries of Utah provides direct representation and pro bono placement for applicants in the following four service areas: Immigrant Survivors of Violence (VAWA, U, T, Asylum); Family Reunification (I-130's, I-601's, I-601a's, I-485's, Consular processing; Parole in Place); Temporary and Humanitarian Forms of Relief (TPS, DACA, potentially DAPA, Asylum); and Citizenship and Naturalization (N-400's, N-600's, N-648's). EOIR representation is limited to survivors of violence. The agency offers individual counseling and orientation in its Salt Lake City office, in-person immigration clinics at sites around the state, and via webcam. The agency is developing a pro bono asylum representation program to be implemented in 2016, and planning for effective DAPA response. The agency has four experienced staff attorneys and two BIA accredited representatives.
