LAF's Immigrants and Worker's Rights Practice Group offers a wide range of legal services to immigrants throughout the state of Illinois. Specifically, we represent migrant farmworkers, low-wage workers, immigrants and survivors of human trafficking. This includes U and T visas, VAWA and other related immigration needs of our clients. We also provide comprehensive services to our clients, including crime victim's compensation, family law, public benefits and other related legal services provided by LAF. Our services are free.
