The Immigration Institute of the Bay Area provides high quality immigration legal services, education, and civic engagement opportunities to immigrants, refugees, and their families as they join and contribute to the community. Legal services include family visa petitions, helping legal permanent residents gain citizenship, VAWA, U Visas for immigrant victims of domestic violence and other violent crimes, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, Temporary Protected Status, and other services.
