Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama
Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama (HICA) provides a wide range of services to the growing immigrant Latino community in Alabama and the Southeast. HICA's Immigration and Access to Justice program provides direct representation in family-based immigration cases, as well as applications for humanitarian visas for victims of crime and domestic violence. Services include DACA, N-400, VAWA, Consular Processing, Adjustment of Status, Lawful Permanent Resident ("Green Card") renewal, U-Visa, and other related family immigration matters. HICA is a BIA recognized organization with three BIA partially accredited staff members. HICA provides services for nominal fees, but consideration is given to those with limited financial resources.
