Cascade County's Pro Bono Program pairs low-income clients in need of assistance with a civil legal issue with volunteer attorneys. Montana Legal Services Association (MLSA) screens clients for eligibility before referring them to the Cascade County Law Clinic. The program refers clients who need assistance with domestic violence, divorce, parenting plans, bankruptcy, debt collection, debtor harassment, evictions, landlord and tenant issues, Native American issues, and other civil legal problems.
