AIDS Action Committee

AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts is a leader in the fight against HIV/AIDS, advocating at the city, state, and federal levels for fair and effective AIDS policies, conducting cutting edge HIV prevention programs, and providing health and wellness services to people already living with HIV. Founded in 1983, AIDS Action is New England’s largest AIDS service organization.

Pro bono legal representation and advice is needed for people living with HIV and AIDS regarding a range of civil matters, including housing and rental disputes, divorce and custody cases, financial and end-of-life planning, and more. We do not represent clients or give advice in criminal matters, but may be able to provide referrals to organizations that do. Services are provided by lawyers and legal interns.
