Worcester District Court Small Claims Lawyer for the Day Project (Virtual)

Community Legal Aid is the civil legal aid provider for low-income and elderly residents of the five counties of central and western Massachusetts (Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire and Worcester). CLA also coordinates  the largest pro bono referral program in central and western Massachusetts.

The Worcester District Court Small Claims Lawyer for the Day Project is a virtual program where volunteer attorneys provide Limited Assistance Representation (LAR) to low-income debtors in the Worcester District Court, Small Claims Session. This program takes places every Tuesday morning between 8:45 – 11:00 A.M. via Zoom.
