Jenesse Center's Domestic Violence Legal Clinic is located in the Inglewood Courthouse. Services are available in English and Spanish and are always free of charge. Jenesse's Domestic Violence Legal Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Members of the public needing assistance in obtaining domestic violence or elder abuse restraining orders may access the Clinic's services during normal business hours -- no appointment is necessary. Clinic staff and volunteers assist clients on a first come, first served basis in completing the restraining order application and declaration, and provide a detailed explanation of the court process, including the TRO hearing, filing and serving the TRO, and how to prepare for the permanent restraining order hearing. Court accompaniment is also available, if needed. In most instances, clients receive a TRO the same business day.
