The mission of Learning Rights is to ensure equitable access to public education for all students. Learning Rights provides direct legal services to low-income families with a child in need of educational advocacy. In particular, Learning Rights specializes in assisting students with disabilities who have special education needs. Pro bono attorneys and non-attorney volunteers working with Learning Rights engage in a variety of assignments ranging from conducting client intakes to serving as co-counsel for litigation matters.
