Orders of Protection for the victims of domestic violence in our ten surrounding counties. In Hamilton County: divorces for the victims of domestic violence, create Parenting Plans for unmarried parents in agreement without domestic violence that have been accepted to the program through Juvenile Court, provide limited legal assistance for parties to help them better represent themselves in Family Law cases (i.e. Visitation, Custody, Divorce, etc.), and some small general consumer cases
