BVLP accepts the following types of cases:

- Landlord/Tenant
- Powers of Attorney
- Probate (simple wills, small estates & guardianships/conservatorships)
- Real Property (including deeds, mortgage foreclosures, evictions)
- Social Security Issues/Benefits
